We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from HarperCollins Publishers. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Books

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the packing slip and the RMA number inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
